Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data we process when you use meblomiar.pl and the Furnimeter app (Meblomiar in Polish), why, and what rights you have. Last updated: 3 November 2026.

1. Who is the controller

The controller of your personal data is Vizemotion, maker of the Furnimeter / Meblomiar app and the meblomiar.pl website (vizemotion.com). In all matters concerning your data, write to kontakt@meblomiar.pl.

2. The app – your projects stay with you

The app runs in your browser. Projects, autosave, favourite templates, the clipboard and settings are stored in your browser’s storage and in the files you save to your disk yourself. We do not send them to our server and we cannot see them.

Share creates a link that contains the whole project. Anyone who gets the link can see the furniture. Previews at /v/ are not indexed by search engines, but they are not password-protected – send the link only to people you want to show the design to.

3. What data we process and why

Forms: a design to make, contact, feature request

When you send a form, we receive the data you enter: your name or company name, e-mail address or phone number, subject, type of furniture, description, attached files (e.g. a Furnimeter project, PDF, photos) and – in a feature request – the description of your idea, together with the address of the page you sent it from and your IP address. The message goes by e-mail to kontakt@meblomiar.pl.

We use this data to reply and, if you wish, to quote for making the furniture (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR: steps taken at your request before a contract), and to handle questions, partnership proposals and feature ideas (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in answering messages and developing the app).

Newsletter (MailerLite)

If you subscribe to the newsletter (the bar at the top of the page, the footer or the box in the contact form), we save your e-mail address on a MailerLite list. You get an e-mail asking you to confirm (double opt-in) – without confirmation we send nothing. Every message has a one-click unsubscribe link. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

Server logs

Like most websites, our hosting provider records technical information about requests (such as IP address, date and time, the page requested and browser type) to keep the service running and secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Statistics (Google Analytics)

Only if you agree to analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to learn how the site is used (number of visits, traffic sources, which pages are read, how many people open the app and send forms). The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time in the cookie settings. Without consent the Google Analytics script is not loaded.

4. Cookies and browser storage

  • Your cookie choice – in your browser storage (localStorage, key mm.zgoda) so the banner does not appear on every visit. Necessary, no consent needed.
  • App language (meble.lang) and the app’s projects, autosave, favourites and clipboard – in your browser storage, only on your device. Necessary for the app to work, no consent needed.
  • Google Analytics – cookies _ga and _ga_* (up to 2 years), only after you agree to analytics cookies.

The site does not use advertising cookies. Fonts and app libraries are loaded from our own server. Links to other sites (for example Ko-fi or vizemotion.com) open those services, which have their own privacy policies.

5. Who receives the data

  • Seohost – hosting of the website, the app and e-mail (form messages arrive in a mailbox on this server).
  • UAB MailerLite (Lithuania, EU) – the newsletter mailing list, only with your consent.
  • Google Ireland Limited – Google Analytics, only with your consent. Data may be transferred to the USA under the European Commission decision on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

We do not sell your data or use it for profiling or automated decision-making.

6. How long we keep the data

We keep enquiries, files and correspondence for as long as needed to handle them and, if we work together, for the time required by law and to establish or defend claims. E-mail addresses on the MailerLite list are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them; unconfirmed sign-ups are not used. Google Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of our Google Analytics account.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access your data and receive a copy,
  • have your data corrected,
  • have your data erased,
  • restrict processing,
  • data portability,
  • object to processing based on legitimate interest,
  • withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing before withdrawal).

To use these rights, write to kontakt@meblomiar.pl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority – in Poland the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).

Giving data in a form is voluntary, but without contact details we cannot reply.

8. Changes to this policy

If the way the site or the app works changes (for example, user accounts or cloud storage of projects), we will update this policy and the date at the top.
